We can offer you a position in Alicante, where you will assist customers.

While working in Alicante, you will also have the opportunity to experience the local way of life.For a customer, based in the centre of Alicante, we are looking for Contact Specialists who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English.
Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated.You must live in Alicante or be willing to relocate in the short term.
Employees on this project handle consumer phone calls about parcels and packages.
Consumers call or chat to obtain information and/or to submit a complaint.
The information a consumer asks can be diverse, for example, the status of a package shipment, the costs of sending a package, the postage of a letter, the opening hours of a service point, or an online service.
In addition, the consumer can call to submit a complaint about, for example, a shipment that did not go well, damage or loss of both a package or letter.
During the conversation, you are expected to navigate and register in the various systems used to support the conversation.Requirements:Are you the Contact Specialist we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?You are service and result-oriented;You can handle resistance well;You can work and problem solve independently with a good dose of analytical thinking;You have the ability to empathize with your customer;You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;You have a good command of the Dutch and English language;Hospitable, customer-friendly, and helpful to the customer;You are looking for a challenging long-term position;You are in possession of at least MBO4 (secondary education, level 4/high) working and thinking level;You have experience with computer systems such as Teams, Outlook, and Word.Benefits:Paid trainingFun, people-oriented call centreMarket-based basic salaryGrowth opportunitiesSpanish Lessons #J-18808-Ljbffr
