The Enterprise Architect catalogs, develops, coordinates, communicates, maintains, and enforces the overall Enterprise Architecture Models, Representations, Initiatives, Capabilities, and Standard Components used by the Enterprise to perform all business and technology-related activities. MAIN RESPONSABILITIESArchitectural Strategy: Develop and implement an effective enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.Blueprint Design and Implementation: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable and efficient EA blueprint that meets current and future business needs based on technology solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation. Develop a transition roadmap from the current to the future landscape. Participate in the planning and execution of technology selection and oversee implementation projects.Technology Evaluation and Selection: Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize the technology landscape.Standardization: Define and maintain the EA standards, principles, and guidelines. Ensure alignment of projects to these standards to maintain consistency and coherence across the IT landscape.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.+5 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a proven track record of successful project implementations and a minimum of 10 years working in IT and technology roles.Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business strategies.Proficiency in architectural modeling.Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in leading solutions like SAP S/4 full suite, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, with the ability to evaluate industry-specific solutions and a deep understanding of architecture principles.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership: Proven leadership skills to mitigate risks and drive resolution of issues.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex issues, evaluate complex technical requirements, constraints, and provide effective solutions.Competencies: Responsible, proactive, dynamic person with great work capacity and organization, who pays attention to detail.
