What are we looking for? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our headquarters office based in Barcelona. You will manage and coordinate various projects operationalizing the IPZ strategy in the Zurich Network - both together with our external Network Partners and our own offices worldwide. In this role, you will be the link between the global, regional, and local Commercial Insurance and IPZ functions when it comes to projects impacting the status quo of the way of working, the service delivery of Zurich's International Program business worldwide.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Support the Head IPZ and the Head Network Management to execute on the IPZ and NWM strategy to bring IPZ and NWM to the next level.Manage the IPZ and NWM strategy when it comes to external Network Partners.Participate in projects to operationalize the IPZ Network Strategy (e.g. "Future IPZ") into the global Zurich Network.Participate in the development, implementation, and institutionalization of best practices.Build solid relationships with the local Head IPZ, the local received manager, the IPZ Coordinator, NWM, the Clearing House, Claims, as well as UW and enable and drive a culture of close collaboration across the PCs, RCs, and NSCs as well as across the functions (e.g., UWS, UW, CDM).Collaborate closely with the countries and functions for the deployment of new propositions, guidelines, etc.What do we need?Strong and proven project management skills and knowledge of project management tools, methodology, and best practices.In-depth knowledge of IPZ (producing and receiving) and the respective tools (in particular, IPS, MIA, ZIRIS); IPZ certification preferred.Significant insurance industry experience within the international customer segment, covering all aspects from sales & distribution (representing Zurich) to underwriting, claims, customer service, and accounting/re-insurance, as well as affinity to insurance regulation, legal & compliance, and tax topics.Pro-active, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution focus and willingness to drive things to the next level.Strong customer service mindset paired with a proven track record in service delivery and operational excellence.Excellent relationship-building skills as well as negotiating and influencing skills for interactions at all seniority levels (senior executives to staff), internal and external (clients, brokers, fronting partners); strong team player.For being from ZurichAt Zurich, we want to take care of you, and these are some of your benefits:Flexible compensation.Restaurant card.Home office voucher.Flexwork.Pension plan.Life insurance.Bank and insurance offer.Discount in gyms.Zurich Wellness, sports activities.Zurich Sports Club, free registration for marathons and popular races.Free English classes.
