Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and elevate the RavenPack and Bigdata.com presence across multiple platforms.
Your goal will be to grow audience engagement, drive leads, and boost brand awareness through innovative and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Lead Social Media Strategy: Define and implement an overarching social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business goals.Team Leadership Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of social media managers, specialists, and content creators.Advanced Content Creation Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation of social media content that resonates with target audiences.Analytics Data-Driven Decision Making: Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives and regularly analyze campaign performance.Stakeholder Communication Reporting: Present social media strategies, campaign results, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.Paid Social Media Influencer Partnerships: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms.Crisis Management Brand Reputation: Lead social media crisis communications, addressing negative feedback, and maintaining brand integrity.Innovation Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry developments and proactively identify new opportunities for the brand. Key Skills and QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a team and leading cross-functional collaboration.Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft long-term social media strategies with a focus on brand growth.Advanced Analytics Skills: Proficiency with social media analytics tools and experience making data-driven decisions.Creative Vision: Strong ability to lead content creation that is innovative and aligned with audience preferences.Paid Social Expertise: In-depth knowledge of paid social media advertising.Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
