To achieve this, the behavioral economics team analyzes how cognitive biases have an influence on our habits and behaviors to design contexts that facilitate our choices. Sobre el puesto The candidate will be involved in the discipline as a Behavioral Economics Leader. He/she will report to the Global Head of Behavioral Economics, having to co-design the strategy, support countries and define and implement key projects for the discipline that a) are led by her/him; b) require a sophisticated understanding of BE or c) have not been explored so far. In particular, he/she will have to: Define the strategy of BE in the organization, exploring and proposing new approaches and areas of application. Conceptualize, define and plan project schedules, seeking to adapt to the needs of stakeholders and existing resources. Design / develop research, customer journeys, competitive and market intelligence analysis to analyze the context / problem and explore ideas. Ensure the proper application of Behavioral Economics in the projects he/she leads or is involved, collaborating actively in the definition and improvement of the project from his/her field of expertise. Launch pilots / experiments in coordination with the project team. Define comprehensive recommendations / initiatives to explore / working lines based on knowledge and analysis carried out. Know the tools and vendors necessary to perform his/her job. Define and measure key metrics to understand the impact on the project results. Work closely with assigned countries to help implement and scale BE locally. Participate in the enrichment of the methodology thanks to his/her expertise in special projects. Share findings, definition and developments in terms of Behavioral Economics with countries and other discipline members to facilitate the local implementation of the project/insights. Requirements The Behavioral Economics Discipline Leader should have: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or Anthropology. Experience working in consultancy, specializing in the banking industry with focus on innovative environments. Proven experience in strategy, preferably with a focus on behavioral economics. More than 5 years of experience applying behavioral economics. Knowledge in market research, business intelligence, research and/or customer behaviour. Knowledge in behavioral pricing is desirable
