Because together, we are the stars of our own stories.At Meliá Hotels & Resorts we put our soul and our passion into everything we do so that our guests can live a unique experience, full of the warmth and the hospitality that are so typical of our Spanish origin.If you have an eye for detail and wish to improve yourself every day in an environment which stands out for its personalized customer service, if you enjoy working for a stylish urban or leisure hotel brand, if you want to be part of a team of people who are passionate about what they do, then you belong at Meliá Hotels & Resorts .We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Premium hotels to join our team at the Cluster Sales Office in Milan.Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving the budget of the Premium hotels in Italy (Me Milan il Duca, Tenuta di Artimino in Tuscany and the new opening Gran Melia in Milan).Attract, develop and retain accounts and carry out the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives in the hotel Business Plan.Assist in the preparation of budgets for the assigned segment and/or markets and sectors and in the preparation of the hotel Business Plan.Monitor the achievement of objectives with the accounts under their direct responsibility, as well as the Key, Strategic and Advanced accounts that show potential for their hotels, coordinating the monitoring of the latter with their respective Account Managers.Participate in the strategic planning phase of the department and preparation of the hotel Business Plan.Prepare and implement the actions defined in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the segment, geographic area or sectors assigned to their portfolio.Manage local accounts not assigned to Account Managers and promote hotels to local accounts.Sign up new local accounts and generate new business opportunities for the company.Prepare and complete Corporate RFPs, Tour Operator Contracts, MICE Agreements, etc.Negotiate directly with the account or through the Account Manager.Coordinate with the Group Sales Manager any request for a meeting or group that their accounts/markets may make for the hotels in the area.Attend assigned events and sales actions organised by third parties or by MHI.Participate in the preparation and implementation of the Preopening Action Plan for the hotel.For more details, you can find the original announcement on Kit Empleo: Kit Empleo#J-18808-Ljbffr
