For our sales team we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Valencia. The Regional Sales Manager will be in charge of leading a highly qualified team to achieve the objectives set by the Company with a strong focus on people. His/her objective is to maximize synergies between the various specialties and coordination of multidisciplinary teams especially between Ambassadors and Specialists. Responsibilities Represent the management in your region for all lines of business. Ensure the achievement of the assigned sales targets by monitoring the KPI's set by the management. Follow up the implementation of the actions taken by the sales teams. Maximize the growth of the assigned region. Coordinate the implementation of the sales strategy in your region. Collaborate in the definition of the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the sales team. Manage the team. Promote the sale of all lines of business to all customers by coordinating your teams. Implement the training and marketing activities plan planned for your region. Maintain permanent contact with opinion leaders in the area. Ensure coordination between the Ambassadors and the Specialists assigned to your area. Requirements and Qualifications University education is essential, especially in technical-health areas and health sciences. Medium/high level of English essential. At least 3 years of experience in sales and management of sales teams. Profile with a high level of integrity and personal and professional ethics. Creative profile with the ability to come up with disruptive ideas. Driving license and availability to travel on a regular basis.
