We are looking for an inbound sales representative in one of our Industrial Automation teams.
In this position, you will interact by phone with Smart customers and distributors to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, take accurate customer orders, prepare quotations, and handle complaints and returns.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Handle calls through CRM agent portalCreate quotations and orders via SAP systemExpedite and communicate expected delivery times to customersOffer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and servicesCall back customersLead managementOther duties and tasks as assignedWe offer:
Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract.Salary: 17,500 euros gross/year + up to 2,500 euros gross/year in bonusSchedule: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-16:30Internal Development ProgramStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)What do we look for?
High/Native level of French and English.
Italian is a plus.Minimum high school graduate.An interest in the technical field and a willingness to stay in the project for at least 2 years.Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and a commercial attitude.Business mindset to engage better with contacts.Business/commercial studies and previous experience in a contact center environment will benefit your progression in this role but are not decisive traits.We will check your personality for punctuality, loyalty, and reliability traits, as we offer a career path, and we want you to engage in it.
