Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers.
Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service.
Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information, and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements: Language Skills: Proficient in Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.
Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.
Work Approach: Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.
Availability: Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).
