The place of residence will preferably be, although not essential, Madrid or Barcelona.ResponsibilitiesThe Territory Manager (TM) will be responsible for the sales that occur on each contract in the assigned district.Build relationships with customer decision makers such as purchasers, buyers, logistics managers, care developers, assistive technology consultants, reference group members.Work proactively for procurements according to the sales process.Participate in and lead improvement and target work related to the business.Actively contribute to the company's vision and future growth by working closely with Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) in assigned district.Reconcile sales against budget and target efforts strategically.Thru process development at customer implements product solutions.DutiesResponsible for Spanish tenders with all administration and submit procurement. If need of assistance collaborate with Tender Manager before, during and after tender process.Follow the sales process.Work in a business development way with customers and find strategic solutions to promote good business.Conduct internal meetings according to the sales process.Initiate and/or attend annual contract meetings on all contracts in assigned district.Planning, documentation and administration.Participate in fairs, conferences and lectures related to procurement, products, medical devices or similar relevant forums related to product and vision.Conduct trainings on product and/or health economics.Create sales budget once a year.Collaborate with Marketing Department to create mailings, contribute to relevant information in newsletters and marketing materials.Manage commitments in the company CRM & Business system.Maintain good product, customer and competitor knowledge and communicate this within the company.Collaborate with Tender Manager before, during and after tender process.Process new customers (public and private), document and bring into the sales process.Responsible for onboarding and start-up of new contract with new customer.Experience and QualificationsExperience in Life Science (tender) (it is an experienced person we are looking for).Experience in business development and knowledge of MDR (medical device regulation) is an advantage.Business focused.Experience in a process-driven organization.We are not looking for a product specialist.
