Used in a variety of industries, they improve the sustainability and efficiency of production processes around the world.The Center of Excellence for Olive Oil located in Úbeda, Spain, is the only GEA Group Center focused on Olive Oil Application worldwide using GEA's mechanical separation technology. We are the experts. We perform tenders, commissioning, and maintenance of olive oil projects.We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Olive Oil who can perform the following tasks:Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage according to Iberia Sales Strategy.Manage the whole offer management process, from definition of scope to technical detailing and solution pricing.Coordinate and drive sales activities with end customers and partners.Support Head of Sales to define the right sales strategy for Spain and International New Machine/Used Machine market.Manage customer relationships.Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.Support product development projects.Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering, preferably Agricultural Engineering.Experience and knowledge in the olive oil sector.Know-how of state-of-the-art sales processes, organization methods, and tools (e.G., ordering, pricing, CRM).Proven skills in negotiation & contracting with customers.Understanding of corporate finance.Proficient in English.Deep understanding of business with a developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations.Open-minded and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Team player, good net-worker, and negotiator.Very good communication skills; strong sales person.Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different levels.LocationBased in Seville, Cordoba, or Badajoz.We offer:A flexible remuneration package.Work-life balance hybrid working model as a combination of home-office and working in the office.23 vacation days per year.Great work environment as part of a collaborative team.Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international level.GEA values equal opportunities.
