Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to primarily oversee the planning, execution, controlling & monitoring, and closing projects in the French region, working with clients across the IT industry. You will work closely with stakeholders (internally & externally) to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

You should be prepared to work with a high volume of clients/projects, on average between 6-12 clients at the same time. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing stress while delivering exceptional results. Internally, you will need to coordinate with between 3-8 stakeholders in order to plan and prepare your project efficiently and maintain alignment throughout the execution. This is an office-based role. Full-time office attendance is required throughout onboarding; this may then move to hybrid.
Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.Manage the relationship with external clients to successfully deliver the projects.Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.Monitor project progress and anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks and issues.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate.Conduct weekly review calls with clients providing updates on campaign progress, as well as regular internal syncs with internal stakeholders.Maintain a high level of knowledge of technology and industry trends.Monitor campaign budget on a biweekly basis to ensure that you stay on track.Responsible for the implementation of the database used in the campaign calling phase. Database strategy should be defined at the beginning of the campaign and monitored throughout to ensure a successful campaign and that there is sufficient database to call on for the duration of your project.Responsible for the reporting at each stage of the campaign, on a weekly basis with the client, reporting on leads delivered, insights, issues, suggestions, recommendations. For long-term projects, QBRs will be required.Update campaign progress on centralized company tool, manage the internal CRM system, and manage client delivery platforms.Who You Are Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Analytical and critical thinking.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong planning and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions.Proactive, self-driven, ability to work independently and within a team, depending on the circumstances.Ability to work with deadlines and manage your time efficiently.Keen eye for detail to ensure project accuracy and quality. Thorough in reviewing work and catching potential issues early.Confident in making informed decisions quickly and effectively.Professional Experience and Skills Native level French and advanced English. Spanish not required but preferred.Efficient in full Microsoft Suite - Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams.Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience working with high-level clients.Preferred, not required: experience in Telemarketing B2B / PM experience in IT.
