Content Manager Job BriefWe are recruiting a production-savvy Content Manager in charge of creating communication solutions through social platforms, understanding the consumer, and monitoring the brand's competitors through information analysis, trend knowledge, insights, and timing for the creation of publication calendars (writing, planning and structural design of it).
In this role you willOrganize, facilitate and run meetings with the creative team to create digital content ideas, strategies, productions, or campaign development.Work collaboratively with creative teams, data teams, and other global teams to create plans and structure proposals based on insights and learning.Develop and organize content plans and other content deliverables including documents and assets for both internal teams and for client reviews.Present content calendars with clients; assume complete ownership and accountability.Execute editorial writing for social media posts, digital video scripts, and brand presentations.Follow-up comments, feedback, and adjustments by the client, to ensure revisions are accurate and submitted on time back to the client.Understand social platforms and trends in real-time for the correct detonation of new ideas.Adapt texts in different lengths depending on the need of the project by creating tone, voice, and written identity of the brand.Drive daily conversation analysis around the brand to trigger responses and campaigns that can add to the brand.Conduct post-performance analysis with the aim of finding valuable insights to improve future deliverables.Be proficient in English communications skills (written and spoken).Be accustomed to working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and have experience interacting with global teams.About Media.MonksAt Media.Monks, you'll be joining a highly ambitious company on a global mission to win the decade by changing the industry for good.
