In partnership with several Global teams, I am working to find the best candidates to create a strong workforce for our clients. We are collaborating with a leading BPO/outsourcing company seeking to onboard a Customer Support Advisor with German in Barcelona.
Location: Hybrid/anywhere from Catalonia, Spain
Employment type: Permanent contract with a 1-month probation period
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth daily operation of services by handling contacts over the telephone and by email.
Care for customer satisfaction and go the extra mile with each contact.
Support drivers and passengers, ensuring a timely response to assist with any questions or concerns.
Strive for first contact resolution to resolve queries efficiently.
Follow internal processes to resolve customer issues.
Demonstrate a full understanding of client and brand values.
Requirements: Native/fluent in German (C2) both verbally and written.
Clear and effective communication in English.
Experience in customer service, ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
Be patient and empathetic.
Autonomous, fast learner, and proactive.
Solution-oriented and passionate about providing great customer experiences.
Well-organized and able to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and remain calm in stressful situations.
