ROLE SUMMARY: Inspired is seeking to appoint a Secondary Cover Teacher to join us for an immediate start on a temporary, full-time basis until December 31st, 2024. The teacher appointed to the present full-time post will form part of a close and supportive Secondary department. The post would be to commence as soon as possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Substitution of Secondary staff on long-term absence, where necessary.
Teaching a full-time timetable of support across the Secondary school.
Commitment and interest in group planning.
Tutorial responsibilities, when adopting the substitution role.
Willingness to take part in educational trips and visits.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: University degree in appropriate subject.
U.K. qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
The right to work in Spain immediately.
Able to set clear expectations and stretching goals.
Adaptable teaching style incorporating feedback.
A depth of understanding in the relevant subject area.
Ability to judge learning effectiveness.
Excellent preparation and planning.
Assessment of student outcomes and feedback to enhance performance.
