You are a highly collaborative individual and enjoy solving problems that focus on adding business value.You have a sense of ownership and enjoy hands-on technical work.Degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience, with strong physics background.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and robust code in Python.Hands-on experience with ML libraries e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Keras and at least one data query language/database technology.Working experience and deep understanding in methods for non-uniformly sampled time-series analysis, deep learning, computer vision or (non)linear optimization (at least two fields).Preferable: familiarity with ML cloud technologies, preferably with AWS SageMaker.Fluency in English is essential (C2 Level), knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.Your responsibilities:
Design and build digital twin models of Siemens-Energy assets components for anomaly and faults detections.Define failures root causes and produce risk analysis with explainable probabilistic models.Combine data from various and diverse sources into global optimization models.Take advantage of Siemens Energy cloud environment to scale your models.Contribute to cross-functional problem-solving sessions with your team and deliver presentations to colleagues and clients.Your opportunities for personal growth:

We work with consultative sales methodologies and enable our sales colleagues in selling Digital Transformation and Energy Transition related solutions from a holistic customer centric approach. DigiHub Barcelona is one of the main Data Hubs for Siemens Energy, become part of our dynamic digitization team as a Data Scientist and join us in the world of digitalization and decarbonization.
