Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Operations Manager to join our team.
This role involves providing comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and contributing to various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Assist in managing projects, writing project memos, and overseeing project management tools.Research: Conduct research on various topics, including new software tools, HR matters, and industry trends.Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Notion, Airtable, and G-suite for effective project and task management.Skills and Qualifications:Exceptional spoken and written English skills.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and responsibilities.Excellent research skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Personality Traits:Adaptable and open to learning new skills.Proactive and not afraid to take initiative.Ability to handle diverse tasks and projects.Willingness to grow into a crucial support role.Comfortable working across different business functions.
