To develop a relationship built on trust with the client in addition to contributing to the development and success of Mace Operate by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.Your responsibilities will include: Being responsible for the P&L performance of the account.Delivering FM services in accordance with Safety First - Second Nature and actively contributing to account health and safety via the safety leadership team.Adopting and embracing the delivery of services set against the purpose: "To redefine the boundaries of ambition."Delivering Mace Operate net contribution targets and identifying additional opportunities both from within the nominated accounts and more widely in the areas where the nominated accounts are located.Ensuring consistency of service standards across the current client portfolio and other properties that may be added at a future date.Being accountable and responsible for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as and when they arise.Ensuring value for money is achieved through robust management of suppliers and measurement of performance service-level agreements.Delivering services within the commercial model and delivered on a prescribed and timely basis always seeking to optimize variable expenditure.Keeping abreast of developments in the FM market and demonstrating a commitment to professional development.Providing effective and professional guidance to a team of FM professionals, e.G., setting task deadlines, monitoring performance, and conducting performance appraisals.Managing operations of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring the quality of services provided is continually improved and exceeds customer expectations.About you You have FM management experience, including managing complex, regional contracts and writing/operating processes and procedures and building budgets. You are ideally fluent in one European language and based in Europe. You have experience of managing third-party suppliers and stakeholder management. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships.
