As the Program Manager of International New Customer Acquisition, (reporting into the Leader of International Growth), we are looking for someone who can effectively drive forward our new customer acquisition strategy in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe.You will need to have a strong understanding of the drivers of new customer acquisition on and off platform.
You need to be able to partner effectively with our central Marketing team to develop and execute a plan to leverage strategic marketing channel investments like SEO, SEM, social media, and videos.
This is a quantitative-oriented role, so effectiveness at interacting with forecasting, marketing, and marketplace data is a must.Your Responsibilities:Define the new customer scaling strategy in partnership with the Leader of International Revenue Growth.Work cross functionally to ensure key new customer growth success factors are known, understood, and owned by the right person in the marketing, product, and marketplace organizations.Propose new customer acquisition targets in partnership with the Central Marketing leadership team.Create and update the new customer model as part of monthly International revenue forecasts.Work with the Leader of International Growth to define and own the right annual new customer growth strategic investments and appropriate quarterly new customer related key results.Prioritize new customer bets and effectively surface and narrate tradeoffs to drive the right business decisions
