Your Mission should you choose to accept itYou, as our new Marketing and Activations coordinator, will activate and drive the TSH brand and experience in the Madrid market. You'll actively manage the (social) channels to create true community engagement. This comes easy for you since you're known to be super creative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Together with the rest of your superstar-team in Madrid, as well as the guidance of our experts working in the global Hub in Amsterdam, you'll create and roll-out the local marketing & communications plan and turn our brand-new location into an instant success!In case you don't know who we are:TSH is a game-changer. Our unique hotel concept offers student accommodation as well as long and short stay options for students-at-heart, together with epic facilities and exciting co-working spaces. You can already find The Student Hotel in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain. Now, with newly-opened properties in Spain and France, our unique hospitality concept is truly taking root in the heart of Europe.What You'll DoCreate the marketing plan and execute through multiple marketing & communication channels like PR, brand partnerships & influencer activations, social media, offline marketing and/or events;Creation, localization and quality control of brand (marketing) assets and global TSH brand campaigns;Analyse and deliver Market insights & intelligence;Manage the local social media channels and create community newsletter;Manage the local marketing budgets;Pro-actively connect with our (online) Community & build direct relations with interesting external parties;Manage media/press and influencer relationships;Responsible for local content;RequirementsWho You AreDemonstrate excellent problem analysis skills and decision making;Are result driven!Are proactive, hands-on mentality, drive and ambition to grow with the organization;Have experience in a similar marketing & communications role;Have a commercial mindset;Are creative and are eager to build and maintain relationships with our partners;You are a super writer!
