The Role: Key Sales role is to drive our growth targets in the Municipal market according to our customers' solutions required through VWTS Technical portfolio and Service capabilities.
Developing and closing opportunities thanks to the own expertise and network within the Spanish region.
Responsibilities:
Provide and implement the annual Strategic Sales Plan for closing the yearly targets.Develop a pipeline of well-qualified Projects and Replacement Opportunities which will provide short, medium, and long-term success.Manage the entire sales process for assigned Clients and Distributors, including lead generation, qualifying of opportunities, forecasting, sales representative support and contract negotiation.Develop the region supporting associated consultancies, engineering contractors, partners, and end users.Actively participate in development of growth strategies and action plans to the extent of your sales responsibilities and in line with the company's products, capabilities, and expectations.Understand customers' needs, qualify leads, and work closely with Engineering and Proposal Management to provide competitive solutions to customers.Interface with Commercial Engineering and Product Management to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customer.
Specific focus will be on Industrial water and wastewater treatment and reuse markets.Establish proper visibility of our products by attending appropriate technical conferences, co-writing, and delivering technical papers, etc.Support new products launch campaigns and gather market information for company's new developments.Conduct contract risk assessments and work closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.Achieve sales and profitability targets in the assigned Area by exploiting the capabilities that VWTS can offer to the market.Monthly reports, providing accurate sales and revenue forecast as demanded by the organization/management.Requirements:
Demonstrate large municipal network.Experience in membrane markets, UF&MBR;, RO&ED.Large Sale deals experience (> 2 M€).Deal with channel partners/distributors and EPCs.Comply with integrity and safety as required by VWTS policies.Travel: The job requires developing proximity to customers, therefore frequent visits to Industrial sites, Water Companies (EPC, O&M;, Consultants) in the dedicated region representing 25%/month.Skills:
Mandatory: VWTS portfolio comprehension: Technology (UF&MBR;, RO&ED;/R, Thermal, Sludge drying, P&D;), and Services (O&M;).A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.Exceptional communication and negotiating capabilities, customer-focused mindset.Self-efficient, motivated, team player and "can-do" attitude.Customer and results oriented.Advanced level of English.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or another related field.Sales experience and client relationship.
B2B > 10 years.Experience in the water treatment industry and large customer network.Very valuable Financial Expertise, MBA or similar.Experience in a multinational company environment.
