We provide regular reviews and coaching sessions to support personal and professional growth and development.Join us in shaping the future of technology.Who we are looking for?ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through the implementation of effective sales strategies and techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, or value-based selling.Utilize modern performance sales and campaigning tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or Pardot to drive revenue through lead generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing.Analyze and improve calling strategies to increase conversion rates through the use of call scripting, call analytics, and call coaching.Act as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision making by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.Manage and develop key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.Develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow revenue from existing customers.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing accounts.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns to key accounts.Role & Career requirementsProven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience managing and coaching sales teams, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Familiarity with software development and related technologies.Experience in account management, with a proven ability to retain and grow revenue from existing customers.Key SkillsExpertise in modern performance sales and campaigning tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or Pardot.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and decision making using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong oral and written communication abilities, able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, displaying flexibility in approach.Positive and results-oriented attitude, with a focus on achieving targets and driving success.BenefitsEmbrace a true remote working lifestyle and enjoy a non-linear work day that aligns with your productivity and personal life balance
