ABOUT THE ROLE…

Pure Storage Spain is seeking a talented Global Account Manager (GAM) to join our EMEA team to be based in Madrid.
As a GAM, you will manage a select group of global accounts, lead strategic initiatives, and drive team-selling efforts to achieve business goals.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

You will:

Prospect & Close Deals: Identify and engage key decision-makers to close business.Strategic Planning: Lead account planning and develop long-term relationships with global customers and partners.Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to ensure our products fit customer requirements.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by identifying new market opportunities and optimizing customer relationships.Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality proposals and meet customer satisfaction targets. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.7+ years of successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling experience within technology services.Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing large global contracts.Experience in building and maintaining deep relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.Strong ability to develop and implement strategic account plans and drive sales transformation programs.Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences.Ability to work effectively with channel partners and internal teams.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Experience in a hunter role, with a focus on opening and developing large accounts.Native/Bilingual Spanish and business professional English required.
