The Role This role is responsible for the effective and coherent business and market-facing aspects of the Vault Clinical Operations Suite. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of Life Sciences industry and technology A-players, who, together, are modernizing clinical trial operations, supporting Sponsor transition from paper to digital, and bringing the digital trials capabilities to the life sciences industry. The Associate Director of Strategy, Vault Clinical Operations role requires an understanding of the global life sciences clinical operations space with an emphasis on Europe and clinical outsourcing. You will be responsible for growing Veeva's Clinical Operations market share with and adoption of Veeva Vault Clinical Operations Suite, such as eTMF, Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Study Start-Up (SSU), Payments and SiteConnect products in xSMB - Small and Medium Size Businesses, with a focus on biotech accounts across Europe. You will be responsible for our reference selling model for the xSMB. The focus will be to help identify and win key deals supporting the sales team, facilitate Sponsor decisions on digital transformation, ensure product adoption by the customer base, play an ongoing role in senior-level customer discussions, and evangelize the product in public events.
