Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Head of Public & Private Cloud, you will oversee multiple teams responsible for delivering a compelling user journey to our internal product teams, from design to build to run public & private Cloud solutions. Success will be measured through outcome-based criteria such as:Levels of adoption and satisfaction in the product teamsReductions of cognitive load in product teamsAcceleration of product development and delivery / reduction in lead timesCost-efficiency and productive use of servicesMore effective governance and compliance, enforced security best practices by designWe need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute the strategic vision for the SCIB internal cloud platform, aligning it with the organization's goals.Oversee the prioritization of the function's transformation backlog and secure funding from key stakeholders.Oversee the configuration of this new unit from the reorganization of existing teams.Leadership and Team ManagementLead and manage cloud dedicated teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality platform services as per success criteria.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.Supervision of cloud architecture, engineering, operations & service deliveryOversee the user journey of cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.Supervise the execution of the designs and enablement of pipelines (both infrastructure & code), specific to the domain needs.Ensure that infrastructures are prepared for productive environments, including resiliency and security requirements.Ensure service levels in production, supported by monitoring & observability / SRE.Manage FinOps to optimize cloud costs and ensure financial efficiency.Monitoring and EvolutionImplement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track the performance and health of cloud platforms.In collaboration with CTO, drive the evolution of cloud services, incorporating new technologies and best practices.Compliance and SecurityEnsure all cloud solutions comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Implement and maintain strong security practices to protect data and infrastructure.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for cloud journeys for product teams and business stakeholders.Set up continuous feedback mechanisms with product teams to ensure adequate measurement of success criteria KPIs.Process and Guideline DevelopmentIn collaboration with CTO, CDO and CISO, establish and maintain guidelines and best practices for cloud solution design, architecture, and operations.EXPERIENCEExtensive (>10 years) experience in cloud platform management, including both public and private cloud environments.Proven track record in leading and managing multiple technical teams.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
