The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI solutions across various domains.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of AI solutions that meet needs and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.Design end-to-end solutions based on cloud-based components for AI that includes tracking, KPI reporting and adheres to our architecture principles and guardrails.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Background in big data technologies and data engineering.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.If we all thought the same, we would never think of anything new!
