Responsibilities Leads the HR Operations team Focus on efficiency and harmonization Ensure team upskilling Design roadmap to GBS (Global Business Support) setup Payroll and Hiring Oversight of salary payments, social security, taxes, immigration and any other related tasks Ensure compliance with legal requirements Certificates, Surveys Database & Reporting Databases Maintenance Reporting and surveys Time management Digitalization & Data Management Collaborate / lead HR-led digitalization and data collection/generation within and outside HR to build up local and GBUs (Global Business Units)/Hub dashboards Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational, best-class companies In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax and social security schemes Strong understanding of various HR functions, including local labour law, compensation and HR systems Communication Skills: adequate gravitas and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels Data literacy: ability to use data, metrics and evidence to drive decision-making and change Bachelor's degree in labour relations, human resources, business administration or related field plus postgraduate studies SAP advanced user Spanish native speaker plus English C1 level Committed to Inclusion At ENGIE, we value and encourage diversity and inclusion.
