Your Responsibilities: - Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality, from order placement to invoicing.
- Contact person and advisor for the entire team, preparing specifications and proposing solutions.
- Preparation of reports and evaluations, responsibility for timely, regular project controlling.
- Analysis of monthly controlling reports of all ongoing and planned projects as well as initialization of appropriate measures in case of deviations.
- Willingness to take on (partial) projects independently.
- Ensuring that existing project standards and tools are applied and supporting their further development.
- Responsibility for the preparation of documents for status meetings, project/programme steering meetings, management reports, as well as internal communication (e.g.
intranet, newsletter).
Your profile: - A successfully completed university degree or completed vocational training with a focus on project management in the commercial or technical field.
- Relevant professional experience in project management and ideally knowledge of project management methods (e.g.
: PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SCRUM).
- Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and team-oriented organisational skills.
- Experience with how financial resources for projects are estimated, budgeted and reported and experience in coaching team members.
- Good analytical thinking and abstracting skills as well as problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
