As a Scrum Master, you will build, develop and coach agile teams in agile ways of working.
You will align with strategic initiatives within the organization and implement the global strategy for productization, supporting teams accordingly.

Minimum requirementsWhat you'll bring to the role5 - 10 years' experience in an agile environment as a Scrum Master working with global teams5+ years' experience in Life Sciences, Salesforce, Veeva, Patient programmes, CRM projects or an equivalent areaExperienced partner management and/or business consulting skillsShown track record in large, global, multi-team projects dealing with sophisticated process areas and business groupsHighly diligent, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skillsAbility to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teamStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levelsProficient English (written and spoken) and Spanish (spoken)Desirable requirementsUniversity degree in business/technical area5+ years delivering and releasing products in agile, scaled agile and or DevOps environmentSpecialist understanding of agile frameworks (especially Scrum), ITIL / Agile / GxP, analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent partner management, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation, strong to-do demeanor and results-focused and writing skillsYou'll receiveBreakdown of benefits received in this role.
