What you will be doingPosition Summary: Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsManage and develop existing portfolioPerform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territoryManage accounts, prospects, calls, and activity in Salesforce.comRoute qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriateStay informed about competing products and servicesClose sales and achieve sales targetsSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processWhat your background should look like (minimum qualifications)Candidate Requirement: Native speaking ItalianAdvanced level in EnglishStrong listening and communication skills, rapport building skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per dayDiscipline and time managementExperience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.comProfessional and confident presentation skillsProven work experience as an Inside Sales RepresentativeAbility to achieve targetsLevel of higher education is preferred (in international business, Transport, Sales, or equivalent would be an advantage)World CourierOur commitment to People, Quality, and Innovation means we deliver career opportunities that few others can match.
