We are seeking a Director to join our Specialty Leasing team. This role is focused on common area leasing, local in-line leasing, and perm kiosk leasing. Reporting to the Vice President of Specialty Leasing, the ideal candidate will possess financial acumen, have excellent communication skills and be at the forefront of market trends to lease and create a first in class shopping experience at landmark shopping destinations in the New York and New Jersey markets.
You will be an essential member of the larger URW 360 Sales Team, which encompasses permanent leasing, specialty leasing, and Westfield Rise.
