Job responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by connecting with and understanding the needs of our customers.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a strong focus on German and, ideally, Italian-speaking customers.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with resilience and patience, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Accurately and efficiently manage data entry and communication, utilizing fast and accurate typing skills.Showcase a passion for consumer goods and help customers with product-related inquiries.What we expect:Native proficiency in written and spoken German is essential; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.Proven experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.Strong communication skills and the ability to converse fluently and clearly with customers.Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically.Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals.Experience or ability to work across various departments to support a cohesive customer experience.Fast and accurate typing is essential for managing customer interactions efficiently.A passion for understanding and helping customers with their product needs.Good to Have:A basic understanding or interest in marketing would be a valuable asset.Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and systems to streamline processes and customer interaction.
