As a Senior Brand Designer at Viator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and creative output that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and compelling designs that resonate with our audience across various marketing channels.What You'll Do:Lead the maintenance of the Viator brand across marketing and community channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.Conceptualize and execute new digital campaigns that engage audiences and support brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.Lead design projects from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and cohesive brand experience.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product designers, and content creators, to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.Mentor and potentially lead a small team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design, particularly within the travel and tourism sector.Skills Experience:5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong online portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and proficiency in various design elements.Experience in digital and interactive design, with a focus on engaging the travel and experiences communities preferred.Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects, with a basic understanding of Premiere.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and other design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategic thinking to cross-functional teams.Data-driven and obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Perks of Working at Viator:Competitive compensation packages, including base salary, annual bonus, and equity.Work your way with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
