.Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CPM IT Project Manager / IT Business Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Description Manage/support Consent & Preference projects using either Waterfall or Agile Scrum methodologies to roll out OneTrust UCPM (and consent enterprise API) in several countries.
Work with business clients to collect, triage, analyze and consolidate business requests in the digital channels for global internal customers.
Collaborate and take the lead with all key stakeholders (internal IT support teams, business client and external development) to ensure projects/change requests are delivered on time and scope.
Find techniques for effective Product Backlog management to maximize value.
Project status reporting.
Generate CPM metrics leveraging OneTrust reporting capabilities, monitor issues that need to be escalated, and analyze impacts of new CPM version releases, reporting this information regularly to the relevant stakeholders.
Support the CPM Program Lead/Product Owner and System Lead in execution of business-as-usual activities (e.G.
data model maintenance, testing, etc.).
Experience Experienced in project delivery with the capacity to plan, enable, organize, facilitate, and lead.
Ability to provide support for running operations, issue management, and problem-solving.
Solid IT technical & engineering background, ideally around web development technologies.
Past exposure to privacy solutions (such as OneTrust).
Knowledge of/exposure to Digital Marketing solutions is a plus (CRM, campaign management, web analytics).
Nice to have Proactive, autonomous, transparent, and customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong communication skills, especially working in virtual and global teams.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Intermediate to high experience, enough to manage conflicts, challenge business customers, manage expectations, and keep focus on overarching goal/vision.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
