To ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient registration of drawings, reports, specifications, RFPs, RFIs, and submittals.
Responsibilities include:
QA/QC checking of construction documentation for inconsistencies specific to clouding, deltas, revision formatting, title blocks, etc. Issuing drawings, reports, specifications, and schedules to clients and contractors. Recording all milestone issues for each project accurately. Assisting with the collation and coordination of drawings and documents in preparation for the date of issuance. Understanding the life cycle of a drawing and statuses relating to each phase. Coordinating architectural teams' printing requirements where necessary. Contributing or otherwise assisting as required. Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of and compliance with SD procedures and standards. Attendance at design team meetings (internal and external). Ability to undertake the above responsibilities. Proficiency in various project management programs. Understanding of hardcopy and electronic workflows for correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (high level of English is needed). Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Self-motivated and able to take responsibility. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally. Ability to work well in a team. Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks. Empathy with a creative environment. Resilience to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritize duties and work effectively on tight deadlines. Methodical, accurate, and consistent attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Able to remain calm and work in pressurized environments. Able to manage tasks and time efficiently. Flexible approach to working in other areas of the document services group as and when cover is required. Able to set and achieve deadlines and communicate progress towards these deadlines. Extremely detail-oriented and able to handle a heavy workload pertaining to data entry. Previous experience in a similar position. Knowledge of BIM workflow. Familiarity with project phasing, scope of works, and deliverables. Experience: 3 years. English: (spoken B2 - advanced, written B2 - advanced). Contract type: Indefinite. Full-time.
