Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to develop and manage Pricing and Promotions Strategy and to lead the development of our pricing hardware in store.
Responsibilities: Partnering with key stakeholders to define pricing strategyCreate and own pricing technical roadmaps for Amazon Fresh Stores, partnering with our central pricing and US Fresh Stores Pricing teams to continuously innovate and improve how pricing systems work for our US businessSupport Fresh Stores retail teams in making informed pricing decisions through deep analytics and run relevant pricing analytics to support Pricing Vision and implement Pricing Recommendation into our Pricing SystemsManage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance and featuresAddress barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholdersGaining support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadershipCreating program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectivesCommunicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areasDeveloping user experience goals, stories and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processesLeading business planning processesExperience with pricing and promotion systems and tech teams.Minimum Requirements:
Advanced excel, SQL, Python and data visualisation skills. Ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify solutions. Experience leading process improvement, systems development, tech roadmap and project management. Proven experience delivering results by partnering with and influencing other technical and business teams. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, willingness to roll up your sleeves. Bachelor's degree; ideally in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or equivalent experience.
