We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities Provide excellent experience to each of our clients.
Get involved and form a connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more smile-safe.
Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond in Dental Monitoring and follow up for patients.
Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
Maintain customer relationships and coordinate non-medical questions.
Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary.
Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help to create solutions to improve each customer's journey and teach your colleagues.
Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

Requirements What you need to be successful: +1 years experience in a similar position within Customer Service working in an international environment.
You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal and writing skills.
A proactive attitude.
Native or full professional proficiency level in Italian language.
Based on Barcelona.
Available to work on the weekend.
At least intermediate level of English (Spanish is a plus).
