This role will focus on generating high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, excellent management skills, and the ability to utilize various tools and channels effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet monthly targets, including 10 meetings per month.Growth Strategy Execution: Identify and execute innovative and creative strategies for rapid and efficient growth of the user/customer base.Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage result-oriented marketing campaigns using experimental tactics and emerging technologies.Data Analysis: Analyze data, metrics, and results to identify growth opportunities, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize marketing strategies.Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams, such as sales, product development, and data analysis, to achieve growth objectives.Automation & Tools: Utilize automation tools and technology to scale strategies and maximize campaign efficiency.Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in digital marketing and user growth to implement them in growth strategies.SDR Management: Oversee the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and maintain high performance.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation and growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth, preferably in a B2B environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and growth targets.Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and mentoring SDR teams.
