Using the prioritized roadmap, you are preparing new features for development together with your agile team, following an MVP approach to launch improvements with each iteration.
As a committed team member, you work tirelessly to ensure the team has a clear and prioritized backlog.You help create a great atmosphere and strong connection within your team.
You present new developments to your colleagues and stakeholders, including creative ways to teach the teams about the use and functionalities of new features.
You inspire your team as much as your stakeholders and make sure everybody is aware of the vision and roadmap.
You play your part in creating a strong feedback culture where everybody feels enabled to provide each other with honest feedback and input.What we are expecting from youCreate the documentation for the new systems with all relevant information (stakeholders, proposed roadmap, meeting minutes, etc.
)Set up periodic status review meetings with stakeholders.Define and update rollout roadmaps according to the business needs and teams' capacities.Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the rollout and track the status/completion of scheduled tasks.Coordinate the E2E testing and other relevant go-live activities.Perform gap analysis assessments with the support of the technical teams to ensure the feasibility of the project.Define data mapping with the stakeholders and coordinate the technical teams to achieve it.Coordinate the setup and testing of the different technical environments with the development team.Coordinate with the markets the completion of their required tasks & developments (lead nurturing, confirmation emails, translations, legal texts/review).Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure the availability/up-to-date information in the local systems.What we offer€2,200 per year in social benefits.€2,000 per year in training.Daily snacks: We promote healthy living habits.
