FREE NOW is in the process of centralising its Operations and Business Functions, in order to maximise our efficiency and alignment between Central and Local Teams. Therefore, we're looking for a new Senior Project Manager - Operations Special Projects . As Senior Project Manager - Operations Special Projects you will be responsible for defining the objectives, the area roadmap, and coordinating the activities of a central operations team that will be analysing, testing, monitoring, documenting and improving key initiatives (EV driver transition, Driver Centers performance evaluation, strategic & operational business cases / assessment, competitive intelligence, etc.),
hand-in-hand with other central and local teams. For this role, you can be located anywhere in the EU - fully-remote work is possible.
Your Responsibilities Definition of the strategy and objectives of the area, ensuring that the goals identified are met in a successful way and timely manner.
Build and maintain a high performing team, fostering the alignment of the department and other cross functional areas of Free Now.
Lead program/project management roadmap of the area, defining main axes, lines of action and initiatives, ensuring an efficient allocation of resources, identifying risks and deploying the necessary actions to mitigate them.
Define and evolve a work methodology that responds to the needs of central operation teams and local areas, in the following domains: operational internal & external analysis, strategic & operational assessments, business cases, project & program management.
Promote the alignment of the central initiatives to the local reality in each Free Now market, fostering relationships between central and local teams, to ensure best practices deployment and knowledge transfer. To guarantee this alignment, it is estimated to travel 20/25% of the time.
Your Profile You have a natural ability to define and manage several projects and activities at the same time, defining priorities and guiding the team towards the key objectives defined in each quarter.
You are self-confident and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to manage successfully cross functional teams.
You have leadership skills and you are able to engage with heterogeneous teams and stakeholders.
You are customer oriented, being able to understand the needs and requirements of the different central/local topics, defining specific plans that allow you to analyse, recommend and generate actionable insights that foster problem solving and decision making.
You are process oriented and you are always looking to understand how performance and activities can be improved.
You have the experience and the capability to anticipate risks, unblock roadblocks and rally different stakeholders into action.
You are self-motivated and you have a strong desire for new challenges within a growth stage company.
You are happy dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in growing a business.
