.Detalles del empleoSalario: Desde 19.200 € al añoTipo de empleo: Full-timeTurno y horario: De guardiaUbicación: 28100 La Moraleja, Madrid provinciaDescripción completa del empleo:WALL STREET ENGLISH Alcobendas is looking for a full-time EFL Teacher / Coach for our learning center in Alcobendas, Madrid (28100).Requirements:Native-level or bilingual speaker of English (equivalent to CEFR C2)CELTA or equivalent certificate in TEFLLegally able to work in the EUUnderstanding of or experience within teaching or trainingComputer literateExcellent interpersonal skills – patient, responsible, and empatheticWillingness to learn and develop professionallyInspiring and supportive to StudentsService MindedFluent SpanishTeaching duties/ responsibilities:Responsible for planning and delivering interactive, fun and dynamic classes to students at every level in order to guarantee that Students are successfully acquiring target language.Ensuring you consistently inspire, motivate and support students in reaching their personal learning objectives.Acting as a mentor to new teachers by providing support and advice during their integration.Ensuring that the Wall Street English methodology is consistently applied.Ensuring that your Center is always warm, welcoming and tidy for your Students.Actively promoting Wall Street English as a premium provider of English Language Teaching.Continuously developing your skills as a teacher through new product training and carrying out the personalized training paths assigned to you by your manager.Coaching Responsibilities:Driving Student progress by providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, coaching and feedback.Understanding each individual learner's psychology and tailoring your teaching skills according to provide guidance to Students that is personalized, supportive and motivating.Developing strong relationships with Students that are built on trust.Promoting the Wall Street English Method and an all English environment in consistent and creative ways.Keeping up to date and informed of Student progress to provide appropriate support.Being aware of Students' expressed and unexpressed needs and being able to respond with the right supportive actions.Working in the Speaking Center and at Reception to create an interactive, friendly and supportive Student-centered environment.Ensuring that each person that walks into the Center is greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.Managing the Reception area, and keeping it organized and tidy.Driving Student progress through proactively booking Students into classes.Being an ambassador for your Center by engaging Students and motivating them on every occasion, as well as taking care of prospects to help support sales.Providing information and advice on incoming call and to walk-ins.Managing all bookings and changes in the most efficient way.Attending staff meetings and training sessions.Competitive conditions and great work atmosphere!Job Type: Full-timePay: From 19,200
