Cyber Underwriting Assistant Description: Based in Barcelona, you will be part of the Cyber team and reporting to our Cyber Security Leader who is, among other responsibilities, also overseeing the underwriting administrative tasks and projects of our team.
The team plays a strategic role in managing and developing the international Cyber portfolio of TMHCCI with formulating, executing, and monitoring underwriting strategies.
You will perform traditional administrative tasks, as well as supporting the team's business development goals.
You will be key in helping to build profitable relationships with brokers and insureds and your role will fully support and comply with the company's objectives and standards.
Main responsibilities: Administration & Reporting:Credit control managementProblem-solving accounting/system issues on complex submissionsRequest new submission entries to centralized admin teamBack-up for Underwriter to quote and bind in PEGAE-folders completion (excluding worksheets)Update CRM info in Outlook ContactsCoordinate International Insurance Programs via the iCede platformCreation of various reports as requested (monthly, quarterly, and annual Cyber reports)Coordination & Presentation: Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks and provide full administrative support for the Cyber team, including but not limited to:Formatting and proofreading of presentations and reportsPrepare reports for Underwriters' meetings/tripsSchedule facilities and equipmentManage the team's holiday out of office calendarManage special projects as needed and perform other related duties as assignedCommunication and UWG tools: It is essential that Underwriters have all the tools necessary to perform their role.
Therefore, assist the Cyber team in enabling this to happen which will include:Be the point of contact for external underwriting tools (Cyence, CyberCube, Kynd, etc.)
day to day requests: uploading information, user requests, new user, etc.Coordinate Cyber trainings (invitations, agendas etc.
)Posting of resources on common information sharing repository and proper filing (Box and OneNote)Act as a project collaborator on the different projects we are launching each year: marketing/communication/event, underwriting, wording, services, tools, etc.Integrate agreed updates into the UW GuidelinesAssist the team with keeping the Cyber Library and wording collection up to dateRequirements: High school / FP administrationExperience in an administrative roleKnowledge of Insurance Business and Fac Out business would be a plusHigh level of use in Excel and/or Word and/or PowerPointHigh level of English and Spanish (oral and written), any additional languages would be a plusProfile: Team playerGood numerical and organizational skillsPrecise and detail-orientedExcellent abilities in Excel, Word and PowerPointService orientedGood communication skills in English (both oral and written)Able to meet tight deadlinesLI-AC1 Hybrid
