Your tasks in detail: Special focus on our Company growth through recruiting and onboarding new talent
Comprehensive advice and HR support for managers and employees on site and within the Spanish territory in close cooperation with the Senior HR Business Partner for the southern EU regions
Trusting cooperation with the management level as well as advice and sparring partner for the managers in all HR issues
Steering and implementation of operational and HR processes, such as personnel planning, organizational development, personal development as well as employee appraisal rounds and other relevant processes
Close cooperation with the HR-Operations department in Administration and Labor Law related issues; management of expats, work permits, etc.
Preparation and communication of relevant information from Corporate HR via suitable employee information events
Analysis of KPI-based evaluations as well as deriving and implementing suitable measures together with the managers of the location
Further support to the southern regions of the EU
Your profile: Successfully completed business, law or psychological studies with reference to human resources management or comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position preferably in a service company in the construction and real estate industry
Recruiting expert with an innovative approach
A good understanding of labor law as well as tax and social security law would be an advantage
Fluent written and oral English skills; German is a plus
Ability to analyse and adapt quickly to new situations, hands-on mentality and resilience
