What is our proposal?
You will be in the Product Team working with Product Managers and Product Owners and regularly interact with other stakeholders, mainly from Finance and Operations.
You will be the main point of contact with PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and other vendors in payments and fraud.
What will you do?
Payments & Fraud: Develop payments and fraud strategy and a long-term vision in existing markets as well as emerging ones.
Run competitive analysis and benchmarks for understanding product opportunities.
Project and Product Management: Work in coordination with stakeholders to deliver and improve the payments portfolio and risk strategy.
Empower and guide others to work effectively and efficiently with data.
Manage and organize a Product Roadmap.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Support the team leads in order to focus on the implementation of the right tasks to protect projects' revenue.
Collaborate in a detailed plan per each project to track progress.
Measure department performance using appropriate metric systems, tools, and techniques.
Data & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics of the organization, and deliver regular insights to the business.
Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced.
Evaluate financing options for clients.
Propose payment alternatives that make the product more attractive.
Requirements: +4 years of experience working in Payments & Fraud, managing PSPs and acquirers in eCommerce or service providers.
Excellent analytical skills and Data-Driven mindset (advanced Excel user and comfortable with Data Visualization tools).
Strong negotiation skills with experience managing fees, volume negotiations.
Experience with Interchange++.
Technical background and/or ability and attitude to understand and learn new things.
Experience doing benchmark studies of different markets and payment providers.
Advanced level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with BI tools with notions of SQL.
Experience with ERPs such as Netsuite, Dynamics, or SAP.
Strong attention to detail and passion for traveling is a plus.
Experience with UX, UI, User Experience Optimization, Benchmarking, Feedback loops for Web and/or Native Apps.
Experience in web analytics to improve User Experience, AB Testing with tools such as Google Analytics and behavior analytics such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, Crazy Egg, Session Cam, or Clicktale.
BA in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
