Job Description This transversal role is pivotal to the sales process and customer experience, requiring coordination with multiple colleagues across various teams, including Sales Executives, Account Managers, Sustainability Analysts, Marketing, IT, and Solution teams.

Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain ongoing regulation research on supply chain due diligence, traceability, sustainability reporting, and sustainable finance. Ensure that the entire Solution Consulting team is kept up-to-speed on the regulatory landscape and can extend collective regulatory expertise to customers globally. Proactively communicate regulatory trends and updates to the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Prepare high-quality solution demonstrations and answer prospects' and customers' functional and technical questions (meetings, tenders/questionnaires) on regulatory topics, with the ability to explain in detail EcoVadis solution alignment and value proposition. Work with large clients to deliver additional services when specific sustainability expertise is required to support customer programs for regulatory matters. Continuously support frontline teams, prospects, and customers to better understand EcoVadis solution capabilities in relation to their sustainability regulatory priorities and program expectations. Facilitate and deliver effective training to frontline teams. Provide feedback by relaying solution enhancements and future roadmap requirements depending on relevant regulatory criteria to Product, New Solutions, and Rating Methodology teams, acting as an advocate for prospect and customer regulatory needs to the business, intensifying issues quickly. Support the Marketing team with content creation about existing and upcoming regulations related to supply chain due diligence, sustainable finance, and sustainability-related disclosures. Qualifications Subject matter expert in sustainability, with up-to-date knowledge of the supply chain regulatory landscape and trends in sustainability reporting. Adaptability is key: the ability to navigate a fast-growing organization and take a flexible approach in the dynamic, fast-moving field of sustainability, ESG, and sustainable procurement. Experience in delivery of consulting services involving multiple stakeholders. 2+ years of experience in a related position. Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred (Sustainability, Law, and/or Business). Critical reasoning skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions quickly. Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, multitasking, and disciplined.
Proven fast learners, self-motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills are key. Additional language skills are a significant plus, specifically German, French. Ability to effectively work within a team and to collaborate is required. Client-facing experience.
