As a UX/UI Designer at SD Worx, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design concepts effectively.Visual Design: Design cohesive and visually appealing UI elements, including icons, buttons, and layouts.Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align designs with business objectives and technical feasibility.User-Centered Design: Apply best practices and principles to craft accessible, user-friendly interfaces.Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished work.Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and best practices.Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development.Experience with tools for user research and analytics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
