The Opportunity We have an exciting 12 month FTC opportunity for a HR Project Manager.
This role is an integral part of the HR team and you'll play a pivotal role in driving improvements to our employee experience, creating tangible impact across our national UK wide business.
Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for HR project activity associated with the HR function and major business change programmes, as well as owning and delivering on a number of BAU activities.
Working closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team, you'll be delivering projects that improve the employee experience, and play a key role in facilitating the delivery of our people strategy.
You'll be comfortable bringing people together to deliver projects and have a good understanding of HR process and best practice with the employee and the business needs always in mind.
You must be confident in managing projects, be adept at interpreting complex concepts and presenting them back to key stakeholders and have experience of major change programmes in complex organisations.
You'll be focused on delivering projects that are cross divisional, that create alignment across the business.
Data savvy, you will be able to take the initiative and identify where value can be added, interfacing closely with the divisional HR team and key business stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and handover to BAU.
Key Accountabilities include: Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
Working with the HR and project teams to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
Devises and manages a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders.
Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate.
Collaboratively working with other parts of the business to identify opportunities for alignment and development.
Working closely with HR to ensure smooth implementation and handover project activity to business as usual at the appropriate point.
Governance & Change Management Signoff, post project implementations.
Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to deliver Human Capital Intelligence Analytics (future and predictive).
Own the HR policies annual review cycle and engage with the HR Business Partners to ensure they are legally compliant, but also reflective of our People Strategy and desired employee experience.
Own the Processes for the key 'Employee Moments that Matter', such as onboarding & Induction, ensuring these are regularly reviewed and kept up to date for a modern employee experience.
Provide Governance and Ownership for our HR Intranet page and shared team files.
Who you are We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager with a strong attention to detail and a proven track record in HR project delivery.
You'll be highly detail-oriented and skilled in managing complex projects, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
This role requires a meticulous approach, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to ensure all project elements align with business objectives.
