Quality Assurance Engineer I, Amazon Music/CCMP/MMO We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who are able to innovate, design, and execute high-quality test strategies and test plans to raise the quality bar of our devices and features and delight our customers.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate device functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess device quality for multiple regions.Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery against defined milestones.Test execution and automation.Bug triage and defect tracking.Provide detailed status reports for a wide range of stakeholders.Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (users, other technical teams, and management) to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives, and develop processes and/or tools as needed to support the organization.About the TeamAmazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.Experience in automation testing.Experience in manual testing.Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI).English level C1 or equivalent.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in API & Mobile testing.Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.Interest in linguistics, machine learning, and large language models.Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Experience with professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problems and impacts.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
