WP Manager Position The WP Manager position is responsible for managing the tooling projects from client specifications, design, manufacturing until the onsite delivery and commissioning of the tooling.
The main functions are the following: Analyse client specifications and technical requirements.
Perform and/or subcontract 3D and 2D design.
Ensure the design meets the customer's requirements.
Ensure interface with customer.
Set up supply plan, following REEL's procurement processes.
Follow up of the manufacturing at suppliers, ensuring the project is closed within planning, budget, and quality.
Preparation and management of the Factory Acceptance Tests.
Key Requirements - Minimum five years of experience, preferably tooling for the aeronautic sector.
- Experience and/or desire of evolving in project management.
- Mechanical engineering degree or similar.
- Knowledge and experience with CATIA.
- Knowledge on European standards for the design and manufacturing of toolings for the aeronautical sector is a plus.
- Independent worker with strong communication skills.
- Working level of written and spoken English and Spanish is essential.
