ABOUTThe Consultant is responsible for delivering quality software support to Software AG engineers/customers and partners, in accordance with departmental goals and objectives for quality, response and resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
He/she can independently handle moderately complex technical problems in his/her area of product expertise, and can develop solutions through research, collaboration, or problem replication.
He/she works with general guidance from senior consultants and management, and in some areas may work independently.
ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, courteous, and prompt technical support for assigned complex system level software products.Assist in analysis and research of more difficult technical customer problems.Have a documented troubleshooting plan.Demonstrate initiative in acquiring product skills in a single product family on several platforms.Consistently instruct internal and external customers on resources available for self-help.ABOUT YOUTo have performed the Consultant role in projects or consultancies with at least 5 years of experience.
ExperienceExperience in automation and integration methodologies and projects, BPM suites like webMethods, Tibco, webSphere, and Oracle.Experience with J2EE architectures (Struts, JSF, Hibernate, JMS, etc.
).Experience in processes discovery and improvement, modeling tools (ARIS) and methodologies (EPC, BPMN).High Ability toAdapt to demanding and changing environments.Work within a high-performance team.Be flexible.Be success and customer-oriented.Exhibit a positive attitude, leading and managing ability.IT SkillsBPM suites like webMethods, Tibco, webSphere, and Oracle.J2EE architectures (Struts, JSF, Hibernate, JMS, etc.
